No Excuse for Being This Useless

This is the first negative review I have ever written. So far I have purchased 106 apps from the App Store.

The app opens without issue and I am able to connect to Netflix okay. Anytime I try to play a movie I am prompted to install Microsoft Silverlight, which I already have installed. No problem, I click on the button to install it but nothing happens. I wait patiently to see if it may be downloading/installing in the background. Nothing. I connect to Netflix with Safari and play a video with no problem. It too requires Silverlight, but like I said, it was already installed.

I again right-clicked on the button to install Microsoft Silverlight, selected "Copy Link" and downloaded it with Safari. It installed successfully. Now I know I have the precise version it wants. This app still wants it installed before playing anything.

I restarted my Mac to ensure that everything is loaded properly and that all apps should be aware of the resources available. Still no love from this app.

I followed the support link here to their site. There is no hint of support there.

I have tried everythng to get this app to cooperate, following best practices for troubleshooting this type of problem, but to no avail. There is no explanation other than this one is a dud and a rip-off. Im glad I only spent $1.99 for it.
