Not functional

Requires Microsoft Silverlight (probably a Netflix requirement). Initially, I tried running the app with Silverlight already installed, but the app doesn’t recognize it. I tried uninstalling Silverlight, restarting, and launching the app again. The app asks to install Silverlight, but the “Install" button doesn’t do anything. Even the button for “Detailed Installation Instructions” is non functional.
